At the heart of the Siemens BizIP solution is the BizIP AD 20 Access Device. The BizIP AD20 is an ISDN Voice Over IP Gateway - This BizIP gateway connects to the LAN and the ISDN telephone lines to enable the IP phones on the LAN to be able to make and receive calls using the ISDN telephone lines. The BizIP gateway also provides 2 x FXO ports for the connection of analogue telephone devices such as POTS Phones, PDA machines, fax machines and analogue modems.
